PROTOTYPING
We build prototypes based on your specification’s in our in-house mold shop. Once you are 100% satisfied with what we have created it can then be sent to the mold making/ manufacturing stages
MOLD MAKING (EPOXY, ALUMINUM CASTING)
We will take your prototype or design drawing and build a wood template to the specification’s required. Then we will put the mold through testing to make sure it meets all the required specification’s. Once the customer has approved the template our technician then prepares the template for mass production.
PRESSURE FORMING
Pressure forming is an advanced plastic manufacturing process whereby a plastic sheet is molded to a complex and detailed shape.
THERMOFORMING
Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product. The sheet, or “film” when referring to thinner gauges and certain material types, is heated in an oven to a high-enough temperature that permits it to be stretched into or onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape. Its simplified version is vacuum forming.
A CNC router typically produces consistent and high-quality work. Automation and precision are the key benefits of CNC router tables. A CNC router can reduce waste, the human error element and the time it takes to finish products.
ABS CHIPPING
We recycle all our excess material. It is important to us that we keep plastics out of our landfills and that is reused creating less waste. Over the course of a year we recycle over 50,000 IBS.
